You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships. For custom orders, please refer to the timelines shared during consultation.
Returns & Exchanges - Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a resolution or exchange wherever applicable.
